Lock Series

UM Series Locks (Our standard series):
All Great Openings filing and storage products are equipped with UM Series master-keyed, core-removeable locking systems.

SL Series Locks:
Haworth ML Series lock cores will also operate with our SL Lock Mechanism. However, Great Openings does not offer ML cores and keys. It is the dealer's responsibility to source and provide the ML cores/keys. When using SL Locks with ML cores, Great Openings' products will be shipped with no core. A UM core cannot go into a SL lock and a SL core cannot go into a UM lock.

LL Series Locks:
LL locks offer a distinctly different look: bright nickel with a scalloped shape.

K Series Locks:
Our K series key will operate the Knoll K Series locks. You cannot interchange K Series cores between Great Openings and Knoll products. We support a key range of K-001 through K-100. Should you require numbers K-101 through K-250, please contact Customer Service. When K Series locks are specified, Great Openings products will be shipped with no core. Specified key and core numbers will be shipped separately to be installed in the field, so as to correspond with the appropriate Knoll workstation key plan. All UM no-core locks can accept a Knoll Lock core.
